Fantastic job by Javier and his team! AC Tropical Contractor accommodated us on short notice for a changeout, and were able to work around my availability starting the job in the afternoon. Very clean and detailed installation coupled with a very fair price makes this team a solid choice!

Recently had a new system put in by Javier and Anthony of AC Tropical Contractor. Air handler is in attic and they did an amazing job with it. Great work, they went above and beyond. Competitive pricing and honest people. I highly recommend them!

AC Tropical Contractor is a breath of fresh air. They were on time when they came to give me an estimate, did a thorough inspection of my existing unit, gave me several options for the new unit on brands, seer level, pricing, etc., along with an explanation on these topics, and let me decide what I wanted. When they arrived on installation day, they were right on time and their removal and installation was very detailed and professionally done. I am very happy and very satisfied with their work and intend on using them for my second unit that’s on it’s last legs and also plan on using them for some rental properties that I own. Their pricing was very fair and below some of the bigger name AC companies that serve the South Lake County area. I Highly recommend them.

I changed my A/C with this company a couple of months ago and everything ran perfectly and smoothly. They are giving my A/C maintenance service in a quarterly basis and the guys are very reliable and serious people. Very reasonable company and responsive! 💯 % recommended.

By the end of summer my AC system started to present problems, I contacted the company and they came to my house the following day to check my system. Turns out the system was damaged so they offered me several unit options, once we decided which one we would buy, they took care of everything. From the day I called them until the day of the new unit installation only three days passed. I’m more than grateful for the prompt response to my situation. They are very responsible, timely and professional. Today they give maintenance service to the A/C system. I definitely recommend them!!!
